An extraordinary oversized handwritten lyric sheet from the earliest creative years of Kanye West — long before The College Dropout, Roc-A-Fella, Grammy Awards, or worldwide fame.

Known as “Ill Psycho Scientist,” this one-of-one piece dates to Kanye’s pre-fame years in the 1990s, when he was still a young artist and aspiring rapper in Chicago. The lyrics are believed to come from the period surrounding State of Mind, Kanye’s first rap group, placing the artifact remarkably close to the beginning of his musical career.

Measuring an impressive 18" x 24", this is far larger than a typical handwritten lyric sheet and makes for an especially striking display piece.

The reverse bears the “Donda C. West” stamp, and the piece comes complete with a Letter of Authenticity from JSA.
