Icon Origin Social Media Sweepstakes Official Rules

All Icon Origin Social Media Sweepstakes (each referred to herein as a “Sweepstakes”) are open only to legal residents of the United States, including Puerto Rico, who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry. Sweepstakes are void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

If you are considered a minor in your state or jurisdiction of residence (typically under eighteen (18) years of age), you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before entering any Sweepstakes.

By participating in any Sweepstakes, you (and your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions made by Icon Origin (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

OVERVIEW: Sponsor may periodically conduct promotional sweepstakes through one or more of its official social media accounts in connection with its products, collectibles, memorabilia, media, or related business activities. Each Sweepstakes is separate and independent from every other promotion offered by Sponsor, whether through social media or otherwise. The specific details for a given Sweepstakes, including entry instructions, promotional period, and prize information, will be disclosed in the applicable Sweepstakes announcement posted on Sponsor’s social media account(s), and such details are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and the details posted for a particular Sweepstakes, the posted details for that specific Sweepstakes shall control solely for that Sweepstakes. Participants are encouraged to review both the individual Sweepstakes details and these Official Rules before entering.

TO ENTER: Visit Sponsor’s official social media account where the applicable Sweepstakes is being promoted. Sponsor may offer Sweepstakes promotions through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, or other social media platforms at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to add, remove, or modify participating platforms or accounts at any time without prior notice. Official Sponsor social media accounts may include, but are not limited to, @iconorigin on Instagram and any additional accounts identified by Sponsor.

To participate, entrants must follow the instructions set forth in the applicable Sweepstakes post, including the use of any required hashtags or engagement actions. Entry actions may include following Sponsor’s account, liking a post, commenting on a post, tagging other users, reposting content, or similar actions specified in the Sweepstakes announcement. All entry actions must comply with the applicable social media platform’s rules, terms, and policies.

Sponsor shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether an entrant has properly completed the required entry actions. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Sweepstakes announcement, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes. Attempts to exceed the entry limit through multiple accounts, identities, automated systems, or other means may result in disqualification of all associated entries. Sponsor reserves the right to treat repeated or intentional violations of entry limitations as tampering under these Official Rules.

Entries submitted for one Sweepstakes are not eligible for any other Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized holder of the e-mail address associated with the social media account used for entry shall be deemed the entrant, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Automated, scripted, robotic, macro, or programmed methods of entry are prohibited. Standard message and data rates may apply when entering via mobile device. Wireless access and mobile participation may not be available in all areas or on all devices.

If participation requires the submission of comments, captions, images, videos, or other content, all such content must be entirely original to the entrant. DO NOT COPY OR REPRODUCE THE WORK OF ANY OTHER PERSON, IN WHOLE OR IN PART. This includes reposting or republishing content belonging to another individual without authorization.

Because entry limits apply, participants should submit only one (1) qualifying piece of content per Sweepstakes unless otherwise stated. Entries may be disqualified if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that submitted content: (a) infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of a third party; (b) contains obscene, hateful, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful material; (c) includes malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful programming; (d) disparages Sponsor or falsely suggests endorsement by another person or entity; or (e) is unrelated to the Sweepstakes or contains solicitations, promotions, or commercial advertising.

By submitting content, entrants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, repost, publish, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with Sponsor’s business, marketing, and promotional activities. Provided the submitted content complies with these Official Rules, the artistic quality or creativity of the content will not influence winner selection unless otherwise specifically stated.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winner(s) for each Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes period. Entries from one Sweepstakes will not carry over into future Sweepstakes promotions. Drawings will generally occur within approximately three (3) business days after the Sweepstakes concludes unless another timeframe is disclosed in the applicable Sweepstakes details.

Potential winner(s) may be notified via direct message, tagged announcement, story post, or other communication method through Sponsor’s social media account(s). Prize claim instructions, including any required mailing information and response deadlines, will be provided at that time. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe, inability to contact a selected entrant, return of prize notification as undeliverable, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

ODDS OF WINNING/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes. Sponsor may limit prizes to one (1) per household, family, or address during a specified promotional period. Prizes may only be shipped to valid addresses located within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Prizes may consist of collectible memorabilia, signed media, apparel, accessories, authenticated collectibles, or similar items selected by Sponsor, including but not limited to an authenticated signed Kanye West CD. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with prize acceptance or use are solely the responsibility of the winner.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agencies, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as any individuals involved in the development, production, administration, or execution of a Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries, communications, or submissions that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, illegible, misdirected, stolen, blocked, or otherwise defective. Sponsor further disclaims responsibility for technical failures, unauthorized intervention, hardware or software malfunctions, network interruptions, human error, system failures, or any other issues affecting participation or administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of a Sweepstakes, or engaging in fraudulent or disruptive conduct. Sponsor also reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue Sweepstakes promotions at any time without liability or prior notice.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, or any other social media platform.

RELEASES: By accepting a prize, each winner (and, if applicable, the winner’s parent/legal guardian) grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, social media handle, likeness, voice, photograph, statements, and other identifying information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional notice, approval, or compensation unless prohibited by law.

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE, OR POSSESSION OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING CLAIMS BASED ON RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY, DEFAMATION, PRIVACY, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORIES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALL SWEEPSTAKES MATERIALS AND PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

FORCE MAJEURE: If Sponsor is prevented from conducting a Sweepstakes as planned due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, civil disturbances, pandemics, or other force majeure events, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the affected Sweepstakes and select winner(s) from eligible entries received prior to such action, in a manner Sponsor deems fair and appropriate.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota. Entrants further agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class action proceeding. Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, and entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, consequential, or other indirect damages.

Winners List: The names or usernames of verified winner(s) for a Sweepstakes may be posted on Sponsor’s applicable social media account(s) within approximately two (2) weeks following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
